These bitters are all about tall, cold, refreshing summer drinks. Or at least that’s what I had in mind when I made the first test batches. I was picturing tall collins glasses filled with ice, gin, soda water, and muddled summer berries. Tart and sweet and worthy of sipping all day long.

The coriander brings a savory and almost sweet note to these simple, versatile bitters. Did you know coriander is the seed of cilantro? But don’t fret if you’re one of the folks who think cilantro tastes like soap, because coriander provides a completely different flavor experience.

Try this recipe:
Cucumber Gin Spritz
Ginger Lime Sour
White Wine Mojito
Moscow Mule

Goes great with gin, vodka, tequila, and fruity rum drinks. Try livening up a Margarita, a Bloody Mary, or a simple Gin & Tonic.

Ingredients: Alcohol, water, organic sugar, lime peel, white pepper, coriander, grains of paradise, gentian, quassia, hops.

Great Martini Addition!

I purchased an assortment of bitters and am enjoying experimenting with each one! Especially like the Lime Coriander in my gin martini! Also, plenty of good recipes on the website!

I LOVE this!!

I'm very fond of anything with lime, and coriander is the perfect combination with it. Delicious in plain club soda.

Gimlet Game Changer

We bought a few different bitters from The Bitter Housewife on a trip to Oregon from Michigan a few years ago, they sat rarely used in our bar for quite some time. That is until my wife decided to add some of the Lime Coriander Bitters to the Gimlet she was making me one day after a rough day at work. The result was hands down the best Gimlet I've ever had. The recipe is simply 1/2, 1, 2, 3. 1/2 oz simple, 1 oz lime, 2 oz gin, 3 dashes of these bitters, shake with ice, and strain over a fresh large ice cube in a rocks glassor into a chilled cocktail glass, and enjoy!
