1 oz Amaro Montenegro
1 oz fino sherry
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
4 dashes The Bitter Housewife Aromatic Bitters
Soda water
Combine amaro, sherry, lime juice, simple, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a collins glass over ice. Top with soda and garnish with an orange slice
