I'm somewhat of a novice cocktail maker so I'm very excited to have such a fantastic selection of bitters to play with. I appreciate all the information that is available at The Bitter Housewife about spirits, bitters and cocktail making. So far I have loved both the Grapefruit and the Lime-Cilantro and am looking forward to using the others.
