A James Bond classic as written by Ian Flemming in Casino Royal. Although I prefer stirred, not shaken and of course the addition of bitters.
2 1/2 ounces gin
1/2 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc
4 dashes The Bitter Housewife Grapefruit Bitters
Lemon twist
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice, and stir till well chilled (60 seconds). Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass, preferably chilled. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
