I love the rich, nutty flavor of oloroso sherry, but sometimes you want something a little lighter and more festive, enter the sherry spritz.
1 oz oloroso sherry
3 oz prosecco
4 dashes The Bitter Housewife Aromatic Bitters
1 tsp simple syrup
Orange slice
Combine sherry, bitters, and syrup in a wine glass, mix, add ice and top with prosecco. Garnish with an orange wheel.
