The Perfect Martini, like the Perfect Manhattan, refers to equal parts sweet and dry vermouth. This makes for a slightly sweeter and fruitier drink than a Classic Martini.
.5 oz sweet vermouth
.5 oz dry vermouth
2 oz gin
4 dashes The Bitter Housewife Orange Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
