This bright pink/red drink is deceptive. While it looks like a sweet, fruity, sipper, it is in fact dry, bitter, and smoky. If that's your thing, give this equal parts cocktail a try.
3/4 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Campari
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse or Strega
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3-4 dashes The Bitter Housewife Lime Coriander Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a slice of lime.
