It doesn't get more classic than a Martini. And while it's a drink I don't turn to often, a Martini made with high quality gin and vermouth with personality just hits in a way no other cocktail can.
2.5 oz gin
.5 oz dry vermouth
3-4 dashes The Bitter Housewife Orange Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing, add ice, and stir till well chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an olive or a twist.
