This twist on a Negroni uses sherry instead of sweet vermouth to give a richness that is perfect with a few dashes of Cardamom bitters.
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz oloroso sherry
4 dashes The Bitter Housewife Cardamom Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice, stir till well chilled about 30 seconds. Strain into a coup.
