Let me preface this with a confession. I collect bitters. To the point that I have over sixty of them. I just bought the full set, and was blown away. These are high-quality bitters. No off-notes, no hint of artificiality, strong and complicated flavors. Overall I am very pleased with these products, and am looking forward to figuring out how to use them.

I got the 3 pack as a Christmas gift from my daughter 3 years ago. She lives in Portland and gifts me with Portland made items. I enjoyed it very much and got more when I ran out. The 6 pack combo got my attention and decided that it would be worth trying it out. I love how it enhances my 2 or 3 ingredient cocktails. Also, I enjoy a dash or two with my vodka on the rocks.
