Our Lime Coriander Bitters are packed full of fresh lime zest along with a subtle note of coriander. A gin and tonic is our go-to for Lime Coriander Bitters, but they are also a surprisingly welcome addition to a daiquiri, margarita, or even a martini.
These bitters are all about tall, cold, refreshing summer drinks. Or at least that’s what I had in mind when I made the first test batches. In my mind, I had collins glasses filled with ice, gin, soda water, and muddled summer berries. Tart and sweet and worthy of sipping all day long.
The coriander brings a savory and almost sweet note to these simple, versatile bitters. Did you know coriander is the seed of cilantro? But don’t fret if you’re one of the folks who think cilantro tastes like soap, because coriander provides a completely different flavor experience.
