1.5 oz. vodka or tequila
.5 oz. Hot Monkey vodka
1 TBS RAFT Smoked Tea Vanilla syrup
2 oz. pineapple juice or 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
squeeze of fresh lime
4 oz. sparkling water

If using pineapple chunks, muddle 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks in a cocktail shaker to press the juice out. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Add RAFT Smoked Tea Vanilla syrup, squeeze of lime, and spirits. (To make a mocktail, just omit the alcohol and double the pineapple.) Shake with gusto for 15 seconds. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass. Top with sparkling water. Serve with a straw and garnish with a lime wedge.
