Smoky Lapsang Souchong tea adds a rich depth to this earthy, lightly sweet mocktail.
2 oz strongly brewed Lapsang Souchong tea*
2 oz pear juice
2 oz The Bitter Housewife Aromatic Bitters & Soda
*Brew the tea with 1 tsp (or tea bag) with 4-6 oz of hot water. Let cool to at least room temp before mixing.
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail glass with a gentle stir, add ice and garnish with a slice of pear.
